Community Service Day to FOOD for Lane County

 

EUGENE, Ore. — Local real estate brokers and staff from Lane County put their own spin on Windermere Real Estate’s annual Community Service Day by volunteering at FOOD for Lane County on Friday, June 8. Each year, Windermere Real Estate brokers, managers, owners and staff from 300 offices across the Western United States gather together to devote their workday to making positive changes in the neighborhoods they serve.

 

WHAT:                 This is the eleventh year Windermere Real Estate/Lane County brokers will be volunteering at FOOD for Lane County on Community Service Day. Brokers will spend the day tending to the nonprofit’s 2.5-acre GrassRoots Garden. Produce harvested from the garden is distributed directly to more than 150 hunger relief agencies.
