The Courage to Continue that Counts

As we close out another successful year I’d like to pause and take a look back on a few of the changes within our company, as well as our successes throughout this last year.

The biggest change is the addition of Elliott Wood as a partner. Elliott has been a blessing to Tanya and I. He brings continued energy, excitement and innovation to the management team. Elliott’s rich knowledge of real estate tools and support services brings a well-received benefit to us all. Tanya and I are looking forward to many great years ahead with Elliott as an integral part of the ownership and management team.

Along with the addition of Elliott to our team we were afforded the opportunity to grow our commercial real estate brand. In July we opened our separate Windermere Commercial office at 1165 Pearl Street. Since opening we have added three new-to- Windermere Commercial brokers (Paul Peschiera, Bryon Crosby and most recently, Jim Welsh). Some of the new tools and services I have been excited about in 2013 include the Windermere iPhone search application and our new email and contact management partnership with Microsoft. Switching to Microsoft Office 365 has added an updated and robust email, calendar and exchange platform. This will be the foundation of the new Contact Resource Management (CRM) tool we will offer in 2014.
