Windermere Real Estate/Lane County, is owned by Eugene residents Matt and Tanya Powell. The office is located in Eugene at 1600 Oak Street. Residential real estate is the mainstay of Windermere’s business, with associates specializing in single-family properties, new construction, condominiums and upscale properties. Windermere also has experienced associates specializing in commercial real estate and relocation. Every time a Windermere associate completes a real estate transaction, a portion of the commission is donated to the Windermere Foundation, non-profit organization. The funds are distributed back to homeless assistance programs and housing programs throughout the community.
