Windermere Real Estate/Lane County Announces Plan for North Eugene Office
Eugene, OR –Windermere Real Estate, the largest regional real estate company in the Western U.S., announced today that Windermere Real Estate/Lane County will open the company’s third office in Eugene, which will be located at 3011 North Delta, Suite 103. The site was previously home to First Tech Credit Union. “In response to the needs of our clients and opportunity of the marketplace, we take the necessary steps to grow geographically, better serving more neighborhoods in Lane County,” said Matt Powell, co‐owner of Windermere Real Estate/Lane County, adding that the goal is to open the Delta office this fall.
Some established Windermere brokers will work from the new Delta office, and the company plans for continued growth with the addition of experienced brokers. The Delta location will have private two‐person offices for more than 30 brokers.
